geometric tile design

I am thinking about tiling one of our bathrooms again. My sister sent me a picture of a painting she just finished and it reminded me to poke through my saved inspiration photos. Uggghh...This is when I wish I lived in a house and not a condo. I'm pretty sure any pattern below may not be so good for resale of a condo :(
